30 g Butter 2 Zwiebeln 1 Bund Liebstöckel (ca. 5-6 Stiele) 30 g Mehl ½ L Brühe 200 ml Milch
Zwiebeln in Würfel schneiden. Butter in der Pfanne schmelzen und die Zwiebeln darin andünsten. Den Liebstöckel mit der Schere über der Pfanne fein schneiden und zur Zwiebel geben. Das Mehl dazugeben und ca. eine Minute rühren bis es leicht bräunlich geworden ist. Mit der Brühe aufgießen und 15 Minuten ziehen lassen. Milch beigeben und mit dem Stabmixer pürieren.
Tipp: Wenn nötig mit Salz abschmecken. Ihr könnt zum Binden auch 3 Kartoffel mitkochen und anschließend alles pürieren. Schmeckt köstlich mit angerösteten Brotwürfeln.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
