Dann ordentlich salzen und pfeffern und evtl. nach Geschmack etwas Ahornsirup dazu geben. Man kann auch ein Stück Mango mitmixen. Oder anderes süßes Obst.
Zum Schluss die gekochten Nudeln hinzugeben und vermengen. Geschmack und Farbe genießen.
Dekoration: Bärlauch Streifen oder andere Gartenkräuter sowie Essblüten.
