Ihr benötigt: 1 Apfel 1/4 TL Zimt 1/4 TL Muskat 1 TL Rosinen 3 Walnüsse 1/2 TL Honig 100 g Kakaobutter 100 ml Sonnenblumenöl (je nach Geschmack 1 El Rum)
So geht ihr vor: Rosinen Walnüsse hacken und mit Honig und Rum übergießen. Mischung eine Stunde stehen lassen.
Äpfel schneiden und mit Öl im Topf kurz anrösten. Temperatur zurück nehmen und die Rosinen Nuss Mischung dazu geben. Kakaobutter dazu (ich nutze Sheabutter, die kann man auch essen) und schmelzen. Diesen balsam eine Stunde bei gerinster Hitze ziehen lassen. Ab und an mal umrühren. Die Mischung vom Herd nehmen und die Gewürze unterrühren und 5 min ziehen lassen. Durch ein feines Sieb geben und abfüllen und kalt lagern. 6 Monate haltbar.
