Сделка структурирована через 100-процентную «дочку» АФК «Система» – ООО «УК Камчатка Проект». С 30 декабря эта компания владеет по 99,99% ООО «Лойд-Фиш» и ООО «Лойд-Авто». Доли приобретены у Юрия Логиша и Руслана Шайхова.
ООО «Лойд-Фиш» расположено на западном побережье Камчатского полуострова и специализируется на добыче и переработке красной рыбы. Активы «Лойд-Фиш» включают 9 рыболовных участков, 16 судов, 2 перерабатывающих завода мощностью 440 тонн в сутки. @Ribfront

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
