В целом, и по технике есть скачок вперёд, и по организации есть причины для осторожного оптимизма, в том числе в вопросах, связанных с нашей совсем небыстрой на мысли и действия госмашиной. В этот раз услышать от А.Любимова его традиционное "мы победим, а все наши враги умрут" не получилось, но стоящая за этой фразой концепция на "Дроннице - 2024" начала обретать форму.
