С ноября прошлого года граждане могут в упрощенном порядке бесплатно зарегистрировать права на «бытовую недвижимость» (сараи, бани, летние кухни, гаражи и другие хозпостройки), которые прошли технический учет и/или техническую инвентаризацию до 1 января 2013 года. Для этого можно обратиться в местную администрацию или ближайший офис МФЦ.
Регистрация дает право получить компенсацию в случае утраты имущества в результате стихийных или военных действий, изъятии земель для государственных и муниципальных нужд.
