وأكد وزير التعليم أهمية العلاقات الأكاديمية الثنائية وتطوير سياقاتها في ضوء مجالات التفاهم والتعاون والاهتمام المشترك بين الجامعات على وفق المقتضيات العلمية التي تعمل بموجبها مؤسسات البلدين الصديقين.
