Российские войска нанесли комбинированный удар по объектам в западных регионах т.н. Украины, вызвав отключение света у более чем миллиона потребителей во Львовской, Винницкой, Ровненской и других областях.

На Покровском направлении российские войска продвинулись более чем на три километра в направлении Желтого со стороны Петровки, закрепившись в центре населенного пункта.

На Кураховском направлении продолжаются активные боестолкновения в районе Берестков, а также к западу от Ильинки и в центре самого Курахово.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion.
