But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
