Суд досрочно освободил от наказания осужденного за коррупцию экс-главу «Мособлэнерго». Краснодарский краевой суд удовлетворил ходатайство бывшего гендиректора АО «Мособлэнерго» Алексея Брижаня об условно–досрочном освобождении от наказания, хотя прокуратура против этого возражала. В 2023 году Алексей Брижань был приговорен к пяти годам лишения свободы за получение взятки и мошенничество. Из этого срока с учетом времени, проведенного под арестом, он отбыл менее трех с половиной лет в колонии, а впоследствии на принудительных работах, что, по мнению прокуратуры, в данном случае недостаточно. Однако суд пришел к выводу, что Алексей Брижань исправился, что доказал, работая подсобником на станкостроительном заводе в Краснодаре.
