Аукцион был объявлен госучреждением Конгресс-центр Якутия под руководством Сыромятникова Максима. В ходе аукциона победителем была объявлена компания Технолед, но как установила антимонопольная служба, заявка этой компании содержана противоречивые и недостоверные сведения. В связи с этим, 16 января аукцион был отменен. 26 января победителем был объявлен второй участник аукциона – компания Мир.
Кстати, аудиозвуковой комплекс в итоге достался госучреждению за 19,2 миллиона рублей. Это как нужно изначально собирать коммерческие предложения и обосновывать начальную цену контракта, чтобы она оказалась выше почти на 30% - на 6,5 миллиона рублей?
