Судья Якутского горсуда Николаев Георгий отказал в ходатайстве следственных органов отправить главу Оймяконского района Сивцева Иннокентия под арест в СИЗО на период предварительного следствия.
Сивцев был задержан 8 апреля сотрудниками ФСБ за присвоенную премию из муниципального бюджета в 3 миллиона рублей.
Сивцев Иннокентий в декабре 2019 года «одержал уверенную победу на выборах главы района», о чем с гордостью сообщило тогда региональное отделение Единой России, которое затем в день его задержания сотрудниками ФСБ поспешило прежде чем пропел петух дистанцироваться от него, заявив, что Сивцев не является членом партии Единая Россия.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
