Если, конечно, у азербайджанских властей по этому вопросу нет прямо противоположного мнения и они разрешат выезд армян. Ведь полный выезд армян из Нагорного Карабаха придаст весомости обвинениям Азербайджана в проведении "политики этнической чистки"...
