📅 Сьогодні, 7 жовтня, у пункт пропуску «Шегині-Медика» із Польщі прибув Mercedes-Benz Sprinter під керуванням жителя Прикарпаття. Для проходження митного контролю водій обрав смугу «червоний коридор» і повідомив про переміщення вживаного одягу.
🔎 Але під час огляду його авто працівники митниці виявили у багажному відділенні 568 одиниць незадекларованих парфумів Chanel, Gucci, Armani, Prada, Carolina Herrera, Versace, Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana, Bvlgari, Givenchy, Narciso Rodriguez та інші.
📄 За цим фактом складено адмінпротокол за ч. 2 ст. 471 МКУ (недекларування товарів, що переміщуються через митний кордон України громадянами).

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
