Я бы, возможно, нашел силы и желание поверить если и не в точный удар по центру управления СБУ, то хотя бы в искреннее намерение таковой нанести. Но то ли в России не знают часовой пояс Киева, то ли сознательно бьют в 7 утра, пока в центре принятия решений не т никого, кроме дежурного. Да еще и промазывают.
