В Марксе Саратовской области 41-летнему Рубику Акопяну предъявлено обвинение в убийстве и покушении.
По данным следствия, 24 ноября мужчина из пистолета выстрелил в «Оку», которая подрезала его «Лэнд Крузер». В салоне легковушки находились два друга, один из потерпевших погиб, а второго госпитализировали.
Злоумышленник скрылся, но вскоре силовики скрутили его в квартире. Сейчас Акопяну предъявлено обвинение в убийстве, покушении и незаконном хранении огнестрельного оружия.
Акопяна по ходатайству следователя заключили под стражу сроком до 23 января 2025 года. Подробнее.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
