Иоанн Кассиан,- сколько нужно для укрощения плотской брани».
Постараемся и мы с вами, вступив в это благодатное время поста, принести к Рождеству Христова сердечное покаяние в своих грехах и искреннее намерение впредь к ним не возвращаться.
