Сегодня, 5 января 2025 г. прошла 53 БЕСПЛАТНАЯ круговая тренировка, организованная спортивно-патриотическим клубом ЯРОПОЛК.
На занятии мы сделали 9 упражнений по 3 круга с прыжками. 1 круг- все 9 упражнений делаем по 20 повторений, Далее прыжки; 2 круг-все по 25 повторений; Далее прыжки; 3 круг-все 9 управлений по 10 повторений.
Отдых- когда посчитаете нужным. Лучший результат за 32 минуты.
Длительность тренировки с учетом разминки - 1 час 10 минут.
