Министерство ЖКХ Хабаровского края наконец-то решилось прокомментировать ситуацию и попыталось оправдаться за дикий скачок тарифов, который произошел с 1.12.2022.
- Стоимость услуг для жителей края должна вырасти не более, чем на 9%. Если цифра в платёжке значительно больше – полагается компенсация, - сказала министр ЖКХ Анжелика Миронова.
По словам министра, если скачок тарифа более 9%, это управляйка не отработала какие-то списки с администрацией города. Надо самим обращаться в управляйку и что-то там выяснять.
Ну ок. Звоним в управляющую компанию "Амурлифт". Они не в курсе о каких-либо списках, как и другие УК.
А почему люди вообще должны куда-то ещё обращаться? Вы нормально проведите индексацию, проконтролируйте. Очень удобно ответственность за свой бардак на обычных граждан перекладывать.
Получается, что если человек не знает о компенсациях, не обратится куда надо, оплатив неверно завышенную сумму, то так все и останется? Класс! Воры-чиновники уже, не снесяясь, грабят народ.
