Как пишет в указе К. Коков, "за значительный вклад в развитие законодательства и добросовестный труд".
Правда никто в КБР не слышал ни про самого Есенкулова, ни про его значительные труды. Но Казбеку Кокову важнее уважить уважаемоего. Действительно, чем зять генерала Юры Кокова хуже награждённого такой же наградой Адама Кадырова, сына Дона Рамзана.
