По версии следствия, в период с 2019 по 2025 год директор вуза вместе с подчинёнными выдавал студентам дипломы, ставил хорошие оценки и оформлял документы о поступлении абитуриентов за деньги.
В Следкоме сообщили, что один из учащихся заплатил 1 млн рублей, чтобы не сдавать экзамены и зачёты. Полученные деньги участники сговора распределили между собой. Полицейские проводят обыски и проверки, а подозреваемым сотрудникам университета грозит уголовка.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
