АП Московской области представила Обзор дисциплинарной практики за второе полугодие 2024 года.
По данным обзора, за отчетный период Квалификационная комиссия АПМО рассмотрела 253 дисциплинарных производства и выявила 189 нарушений.
В комментарии «АГ» первый вице-президент АП Московской области Михаил Толчеев отметил, что обзоры являются важной составляющей дисциплинарной практики, поскольку именно в казуальном применении общих принципов КПЭА раскрывается понимание этических основ профессии.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
