Ее организовал сервис «Яндекс Недвижимость» в сотрудничестве с галереей Pennlab Gallery, привлекшей в проект семь современных художников. Организацией выставки и параллельной программы занималась Школа дизайна НИУ ВШЭ.
Владислав Ефимов, Юрий Пальмин, Оля Пегова, Анастасия Литвинова, Елена Каратун, Алексей Корси и Анастасия Цайдер осмыслили роль жилой архитектуры и ее эстетику. Они исследовали внешнюю и внутреннюю архитектуру многоэтажек и окружающего их ландшафта.
Выставка продлится до 2 февраля, в январе начнет работать публичная программа — лекции, мастер-классы и дискуссии.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
