Утром 26 ноября под одной из публикаций главы Перми во «ВКонтакте» к мэру обратились жители города, которые рассказали ему о проблеме с гололёдом, возникшим возле школы № 91. По словам пермяков, опасная проблема возникла возле образовательного учреждения ещё неделю назад.
«Приглашаем вас на каток, неделю как открытый. Находится на тротуаре вдоль 91-й школы, Карпинского, 66. Специальные службы ждут, когда себе кто-нибудь голову разобьёт или руки-ноги сломает?» — написала пермячка и прикрепила фотографии к комментарию.
Женщина отметила, что по этому тротуару ходят школьники и взрослые, которые спешат на работу. На фотографиях заметно, что улица покрыта льдом на пешеходной части рядом со школьным забором на стыке улиц Карпинского и Декабристов.
