Владимирская область заняла 79 место в рейтинге устойчивости, подготовленном фондом "Петербургская политика" по итогам февраля 2022 года. Она стала единственным регионом в ЦФО, попавшим в группу со слабой устойчивостью.
Рязанская (70 место) и Орловская (75 место) области смогли остаться в группе с пониженной устойчивостью, но потеряли в баллах и могут в дальнейшем скатиться на дно рейтинга. Также в этой категории оказались Липецкая (56), Смоленская (66) и Тамбовская (67) области.
Самым устойчивым регионом страны оказалась Тульская область, набравшая 8,6 балла и занявшая 1 место. В числе лучших оказались Курская (12), Московская (13) и Калужская (15) области, но последняя потеряла в баллах из-за кризиса с мигрантами. Обычно лидирующая в рейтингах Москва заняла 19 место, попав в число регионов со средней устойчивостью.

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
