Как сообщает пресс-служба УФСБ по республике, чиновник был задержан за нарушение правил конкурса на перевозки в городе. Будучи должностным лицом, он превысил свои полномочия, что негативно сказалось на правах граждан города, организаций, а также на интересах государства.
Приговор был вынесен Ленинским районным судом Владикавказа.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
