Как вы уже знаете, мой тренировочный процесс пришлось прекратить из-за полученной травмы, но спустя 2 недели после операции, я уже снял швы, и теперь моя задача — поддерживать форму и вернуться в спорт, как можно скорее.
Буду держать вас в курсе событий и делиться своим восстановлением. Впереди много работы, но я уверен, что с вашей поддержкой смогу преодолеть любые трудности!

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
