📍Представительство МИД России в Санкт-Петербурге приняло участие в торжественно-траурной церемонии возложения венков и цветов к монументу «Мать-Родина» на Пискаревском мемориальном кладбище, посвящённой 81-й годовщине со Дня полного освобождения Ленинграда от фашистской блокады в годы Великой Отечественной войны 1941-1945 годов.

Представительством было обеспечено участие в мероприятии генеральных консульств, почетных консулов, представителей международных организаций и отделений посольств, аккредитованных в Санкт-Петербурге.

Колонну консульского корпуса возглавил и.о. руководителя территориального органа – представителя МИД России в г. Санкт-Петербурге М.Полетаев.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. 'Wild West'
