🇦🇲Бывшему президенту Армении Роберту Кочаряну и экс-генсеку ОДКБ Юрию Хачатурову на заседании Антикоррупционного суда в Ереване в четверг предъявлено переквалифицированное обвинение по делу о "свержении конституционного строя" в марте 2008 года.
Общественный обвинитель Айк Ованнисян в ходе судебного заседания изменил правовую оценку прежнего обвинения, выдвинув новое обвинение в соответствии со статьей 441 УК Армении (превышение должностных полномочий, повлекшее по неосторожности тяжелые последствия).
По словам обвинителя, приписываемые Кочаряну и Хачатурову деяния содержат элементы преступлений, соответствующих ст. 441 УК Армении.

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
