Лица, оказывающиеся на освобождённых Россией территориях, похоже, лишаются Украиной всех прав. Вероятно, руководствуясь этой "государственной политикой", львовские банкиры присвоили средства клиентов "Ощадбанка".

По указанию руководителя отделения банка, мошенники заменяли финансовые номера клиентов на подконтрольные и перевыпускали банковские карты. Они похитили до 5 млн гривен (около 12,1 млн рублей) с около 50 счетов.

И не поделились с кем надо — иначе их бы не ловили полиция с СБУ.

"Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
