upd: в комментариях уже написали - это точильщик ножей, интересно что в целой стране и даже соседней стране, эта мелодия так стандартизирована,
прикольно если бы в РФ деревнях/дачах такая была, в моем детстве просто ехал дед на телеге с лошадью, и его жена/внуки кричали "МА - ЛА - КООО, СМЕ - ТА - НА", конечно же утром до 9 утра желательно
