Сам сталкивался с подобным прецедентом. Люмпены после совершенного ими правонарушения и обращения в суд почему-то уверены, что государство им что-то должно.
Конечно, должно. Но только не «бесплатного» адвоката.
Нет денег на счетах? Последующее поражение в правах по линии ФССП не должно никого удивлять.
