Принят во всех чтениях разом и подписан Сергеем Собяниным новый закон города «Об объектах культурного наследия».
Закон написан ради заключительной статьи, которая требует завершить отнесение выявленных памятников к реестру региональных до 1 июля 2025 года. Не успевшие пройти экспертизу просто вылетают из перечня выявленных.
Эта норма противоречит федеральному закону, который не знает сроков давности для экспертной работы.
Мэрия Москвы просто провалила эту работу. На сегодня в московском перечне - 1728 выявленных памятников. В 2024 году прошли в реестр всего 5 (пять) памятников. В прошлом году – еще 5.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
