🔹عزیز حبیبی، سرپرست معاونت توسعه مدیریت و منابع استانداری اردبیل گفت: با توجه به تداوم برودت هوا در اغلب استان‌ها و نیز به‌‌منظور صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و بر اساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز شنبه ۲۰ بهمن ۱۴۰۳ همه مدارس، دانشگاه‌ها، دستگاه‌های اجرایی، حوزه‌های قضایی، بانک‌ها (با تعیین شعب کشیک خدمات‌رسان) و مؤسسات دولتی و غیردولتی استان (به جز دستگاه‌های خدمات‌رسان) تعطیل اعلام می‌شود.
🔹وی بیان کرد: انتظار این است که صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی با مشارکت همگانی و با جدیت بیشتر تداوم یابد.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
