🔹با توجه به تداوم برودت هوا در اغلب استان‌ها و نیز به‌‌منظور صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و براساس گزارش واصله از مرکز کشور و تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز چهارشنبه ۲۴ بهمن ۱۴۰۳ همه مدارس، دانشگاه‌ها، دستگاه‌های اجرایی، حوزه‌های قضایی، بانک‌ها (با تعیین شعب کشیک خدمات‌رسان) و مؤسسات دولتی و غیردولتی استان (به جز دستگاه‌های خدمات‌رسان) تعطیل خواهد بود.
🔹مصرف بهینه انرژی با مشارکت همگانی مردم فهیم و تداوم آن با جدیت بیشتر، همچنان مورد انتظار است.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
