وما تخيّله شوقي من أنّ للزمان فمًا كان مُطبقًا على مضض، ولسانًا كان مفحمًا بالشر ملجمًا بالباطل؛ فكان يوم ميلاده ﷺ مصحوبًا بالهدى والحق والنور سببًا في تبسّم فم الزمان وافتراره، وفي إطلاق لسانه بالثناء وانتشاره= صحيحٌ.
فلقد كان الزمان عابسًا لِما يقع من شرور بني آدم وضلالهم؛ فلا عجب أن تكونَ الكائنات ضياءً من تَهَلُّلها، ولا غَرو أن يكون فم الزمان تبسُّمًا وثناءً من الاستبشار حينما تمخّضت إحدى أيامه عن ميلاد سيّد البشر ﷺ الذي جاء بالهدى ودين الحق والرّحمة".

These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
