Նա նշել է, որ մարտեր են ընթանում ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև, այլև մոլորակի այլ վայրերում, և եթե հարցնեք, թե ինչու պատժամիջոցներ չեն կիրառվում այդ երկրների նկատմամբ, պատասխան չի լինի։
