Президент США Джо Байден утвердил новый меморандум по национальной безопасности, который должен стать «дорожной картой» для будущей администрации Дональда Трампа в вопросах противостояния сотрудничеству России, Китая, Ирана и Северной Кореи, сообщает Associated Press.
Меморандум включает в себя четыре общие рекомендации:
◼️улучшение межведомственного сотрудничества американского правительства;
◼️ускорение обмена информацией с союзниками о противниках США;
◼️использование санкций и других экономических инструментов;
◼️усиление подготовки к управлению одновременными кризисами с участием противников.
Публикация документа не планируется из-за «чувствительности информации».

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
