8 февраля на территории музея «Волочаевское сражение», обособленного подразделения ФГБУК АУИПИК, у подножия сопки Июнь-Корань пройдет межрегиональный военно-исторический фестиваль «Волочаевские дни».
⚔️Мероприятие посвящено 103-ей годовщине Волочаевской операции, проходившей с 5 по 14 февраля 1922 года во время Гражданской войны на Дальнем Востоке.
🏛️Музей Волочаевского сражения начинает свою работу с 10-00. Каждые 3️⃣0️⃣ минут будут проходить экспресс-экскурсии по экспозиции музея для всех желающих его посетить. Музей принимает гостей до 18-00. 👉Вход и экскурсионное обслуживание платные. 👉Предварительная запись групп для посещения музея по телефону +79153563244.
👀 На фестивале с 11:00 до 14:00 будут организованы интерактивные площадки, мастер-классы, а также демонстрация исторической униформы, макетов оружия. В это же время проведут тематическую квест-игру. В 14:00 пройдет военно-историческая реконструкция Волочаевского боя.
Вход — свободный. Для гостей фестиваля установят пункты обогрева и питания.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
