Компания Indra Group и Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS подписали соглашение о создании в Будё (Норвегия) единого центра управления воздушным движением для 23 региональных аэропортов. Система InNOVA позволяет одному диспетчеру контролировать до трёх аэродромов одновременно.
Центр управления, крупнейший в мире, включает 16 рабочих станций с возможностью обслуживания до 48 аэропортов. На интегрированных дисплеях отображается воздушная обстановка, электронные полётные листы и метеоданные. Супервизор может перераспределять аэропорты между операторами в зависимости от загрузки.
Технология позволит небольшим аэродромам получить полноценное диспетчерское обслуживание без содержания собственных вышек, что особенно важно для отдалённых регионов с низким трафиком. Это также поможет разгрузить крупные авиационные хабы за счёт развития региональной авиации.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
