В Якутском Комитете семей воинов Отечества прошла душевная встреча. Женщины собрались вместе, чтобы поддержать наших героев на передовой особенным способом.

Мы провели для них увлекательный мастер-класс по изготовлению якутских оберегов - харысхал для участников СВО. Своими руками, с любовью и заботой, мы создали эти священные талисманы, которые будут оберегать наших защитников Отечества.

Каждый оберег несет в себе частичку нашего тепла, надежды и веры в скорое возвращение домой. Пусть эти харысхал защищают наших воинов и придают им сил в нелегкой службе.

Вместе мы сильнее! Гордимся нашими Защитниками и ждем их возвращения!

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
