🏡 В этом году приступаем к ремонту дворовых проездов вдоль домов №1 и №9 по улице Алтаева. Их состояние уже давно вызывает беспокойство: временные меры в виде латания ям не приносят должного результата, а для выполнения ремонта территорий, принадлежащих собственникам, были необходимы заявки жителей в программу «Формирование комфортной городской среды».

🤝 Благодаря сотрудничеству с Управлением городского хозяйства и депутатом по округу, заявки были оформлены. На февральскую сессию Псковской городской Думы выносим вопрос о выделении средств на эти цели. Работы начнутся весной и будут включать в первую очередь обновление асфальтового покрытия, а при технической возможности и создание парковок.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
