Киренский районный суд вынес приговор по уголовному делу в отношении главы Киренска АлександраВициамова. Он признан виновным по ч. 2 ст. 285 УК РФ (злоупотребление должностными полномочиями).
Суд установил, что в 2021-2022 гг. Вициамов подписал акты приемки по муниципальному контракту на благоустройство улицы Ленских Рабочих в г. Киренске, содержащие недостоверные сведения об объемах и качестве выполненных работ. В результате бюджету причинен ущерб на сумму более 4 млн рублей.
Вициамову решением суда назначено наказание в виде 3 лет лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком 3 года 6 месяцев. До вступление решения суда в силу Вициамов будет оставаться главой.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
