📱 Дождались-таки! С 1 марта 2025 года жители Беларуси и России смогут пользоваться мобильной связью и интернетом на территории Союзного государства по комфортным «домашним» тарифам. Проще говоря, случилась много раз обещанная отмена роуминга.
В российской Минцифры уже объявили, что для абонентов это значит:
🔺 не менее 300 минут звонков (150 входящих и 150 исходящих) без дополнительных платежей при пакетном тарифном плане;
🔺5 ГБ интернета по комфортным тарифам, сопоставимым с обычными условиями в «домашней» сети
Ездить друг к другу в гости стало много раз приятнеее.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
