На следующей неделе в Москве начинается Большой Фестиваль Мультфильмов, одной из частей которого является Фабрика Мультфильмов, что пройдет в Доме Пионеров на Воробьевых горах с 7 по 10 ноября. Будут анимационные мастерские, показы анимационных фильмов, встречи и разговоры, а еще будет МАРКЕТ 🙂, куда мы приглашаем принять участие художников-иллюстраторов.
Даты проведения маркета на Фабрике мультфильмов: с 7 по 10 ноября (все 4 дня). Общее количество столов на маркете: 17-20 (размер стола 180х90 см).
Заявки мы принимаем до 27 октября (до 23:59). Отвечать на все заявки будем до 30 октября (включительно).

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
