In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, a new action menu appears when you click on a phone number.
If a Telegram account can be found for the specified phone number, you will be given the option to message or call the user on Telegram. Additionally, the messenger will display the person's profile and allow you to copy the number.
If the user cannot be found on Telegram by the phone number, you will be offered the option to invite them to join Telegram or to contact them via cellular call.
