Каждый год 9 октября в нашей стране отмечается Всероссийский день чтения. Этот уникальный праздник посвящён литературе и книгам. Он возник в 2007 году одновременно с принятием Национальной программы чтения.

В Центральной детской модельной библиотеке им. Гайдара, при поддержке МКУ «Управления культуры, спорта и молодёжной политики», прошла познавательно-игровая программа «Страна Читалия».

Было много интересных игр, весёлых затей, добрых песен и задорного смеха.
Дипломами и подарками были отмечены лучшие из лучших юных «читайликов». Все участники получили приятные сюрпризы и заряд хорошего настроения.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. 'Wild West' Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
