Скорее всего, эти «теневые резервы» принадлежат крупным компаниям-экспортёрам. В 2022 году Россия заработала рекордные доходы от продажи сырья — 591,5 млрд долларов, а профицит платежного баланса составил 227,4 млрд долларов.
Правда, на этот раз деньги лежат не в западных банках, а в ОАЭ, Китае и Индии.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
