Жители старого жилого фонда тогда подняли ряд актуальных жизненноважных вопросов. Совместно с представителями Управления ЖКХ города Батайска удалось оперативно решить проблему по отоплению жилого фонда и организовать уборку стихийной мусорной свалки за гаражами из крупных бытовых отходов.

На спил аварийных сухих деревьев понадобилось больше времени, но и этот вопрос закрыли.
