Правительство Российской Федерации поддерживает законопроект о введении штрафов до 500 тыс. рублей за продажу энергетических напитков детям при условии его доработки.
Инициатором законопроекта стала депутат Госдумы Нина Останина. Она предложила введение следующих штрафов за продажу энергетиков несовершеннолетним:
— От 30 тыс. до 50 тыс. рублей для физических лиц — От 100 тыс. до 200 тыс. рублей для должностных лиц — От 300 тыс. до 500 тыс. рублей для юридических лиц.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
